Started my day with a swim, bought a butter-keeper (squee!) from Red Wing Pottery, lost a few bucks to the slots, and endured the Mall of America for a couple of hours before bailing. Managed to pick up some chocolates--and finally tried chocolate-covered bacon--while we were at MOA--I didn't like the stuff as well as I thought I was going to.

The weather was simply glorious on the ride up yesterday, but today was disappointingly similar to home. Grey, rainy, chilly, and ugly.

Now Spouse is napping and I'm giving my feet a rest--I don't know what he'll want to do tonight, but I hope it isn't bowling or bingo--two popular pursuits in these parts, if you aren't into the casino. I wish they had a cinema, but you have to go into Red Wing or Hastings for movies.

I didn't sleep well last night; maybe I'll grab a nap, too.
